Max Capital Group provides traditional Property & Casualty Insurance products from operating divisions in Bermuda and Ireland

Max Bermuda is the core of Max Capital Group’s Insurance operations, specializing in large accounts predominately based in North America, while working exclusively with Bermuda intermediaries. Bermuda is an established insurance market place, with well-capitalized and highly regarded companies attracting clients to visit the island from throughout North America. Its offshore status and more flexible regulatory environment make it feasible for Max Bermuda to offer certain products that may be more attractive to clients than those typically offered by its US domiciled counterparts. Insurance classes covered by Max Bermuda include Excess Liability, Professional Liability and Property.

Max Europe markets and develops business opportunities from the London market, as well as from mainland Europe and Australasia, working exclusively through professional intermediaries. Using our Dublin platform, we can underwrite business in any EU country on a Freedom of Services (FOS) basis. While Max Europe has regulatory approval for multiple business classes in Dublin, it is focused on business development for Excess Liability, Professional Liability, Aviation and Property classes only.
